- Do we provide any custom painting or restoration services?
Answer: No,unfortunately we are just a art feature page. We may end up working with artists to bring you new content but we DO NOT offer customs or restorations.
- What exactly do you guys do?
Answer: We are a social media hub, we feature all types of art and artists through our social media channels.
- What is the best paint and supplies?

- How long does a shoe take to ship from your website?
Answer: Generally shipping shouldn’t take more than 1 week for a PRE-MADE custom sneaker. For a personal custom request each wait time varies on the artist you selected.
- How much are customs?
Answer: Each artist determines their own pricing, each price varies on the type of detail you wish to have done too your custom. You can get a general idea from their pre-made customs that are up for sale in our shop.
- How long does a custom last?
Answer: This varies by type of sneaker. The paint artists use is use for mainly leather sneakers (Air Maxes, Air Forces, Jordans, etc). Shoes like Foamposites aren’t the best paintable sneaker, artists of course have their ways to prepping all sneakers to make them last as long as possible. This also goes for custom cleats, they are paintable but the life of the paint job is determined by how hard they are beaten in games.
- I don’t want to wait too be featured, how can I immediately get posted?
Answer: As we do feature tons of artists free of charge by #customzierdepot, if you wish to be immediately featured we charge an advertising fee for the length you wish to be on our page.
- Do we sell shoes?
Answer: Yes, We sell custom made sneakers, made to order or you send in your gently used sneakers and our customizers will create what you’re looking for.
- Do we recommend artists?
Answer: Yes! We can recommend a specific, authentic artist based on your custom request.
- What is your refund policy for customs purchased off our website?
Answer: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds will only occur if there is a legitimate reason for a refund (IE: scammer, shoes were never received) If something occurs please email us with the issue you are having and we will help you the best we can.

All custom shoes should ONLY be worn for casual wear and NOT for hard physical activity. We pride ourselves to bring you the best artists the world has to offer.
